Bugs

• Administration: When you created a new instance, some sort orders were incorrect in the status drop-down.
• Reviews: Guest Reviewers that had been added and removed persisted if they are full users in another account on the instance.
• Reviews: Proofing Workspace retained the review context even though the asset was removed.
